Shipping Information

All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, although international shipments may occasionally require additional time due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays or lost packages may occasionally occur. If your package appears significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you. Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Policy

We want every customer to feel satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized products, gift cards, final sale items, and opened hygiene or personal care products. Products damaged through misuse or improper handling are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To begin a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Orders may only be canceled shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
